Colleen grew up in Happy Valley and went to State College Area High School. She graduated from American University in Washington, D.C., obtaining a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in Accounting. After more than a decade in the D.C. and Philadelphia areas working as a CPA in Corporate Accounting, she moved back to State College with her husband, their daughter, and their English bulldog. 

Moving back to the area has been a dream come true for her and her family, and she is excited for the opportunity to help others make their real estate dreams a reality. As a former CPA, she brings a strong work ethic, a client-focused approach and an acute attention to detail to everything she tackles. 

She is passionate about all things home, interior design, gardening, and traveling.
